Pricing in the Vegas hotels very much depends on the time of the year, convention schedules and holidays, as well as sports events. Our condo suite is new on the market and you get to enjoy extremely good rates. As this is an unusually large suite, we would like to mention that some of the hotel groups have added fees for extra occupancy. We do not charge for that. A final cleaning after you leave is included in the price. If you wish to add daily cleaning to your stay, please call or e-mail us for rates.

By law there is a 9% Clark County room tax charge we have to add to the total.

This property is owned by a Southwest Airlines employee. SWA employees will enjoy the lowest nightly rates, regardless of the convention season. SWA employees also enjoy a 25% discount on food and beverages as well as on Spa services in the hotel!

Booking and cancellation policy:

Due to limited availability of this particular condo suite, it is highly recommended that you make an inquiry as to availability and place a deposit as soon as possible. The deposit of the equivalent of a one night stay plus tax at time of booking will be due to confirm your reservation. A reservation number will be given and your reservation will be held once the deposit is received by either check or credit card. The deposit amount will be refundable less a $25.00 administrative fee if cancelled in writing 14 days prior to your arrival. If cancellation is not received in writing on or before this date, a one night fee indluding tax recovery charges and services will apply. The final balance is due 72 hours in advance of your stay at which point it is non-refundable.
